  • Transfer the invoice amount to our specified account within three days of ordering.

Shipping Information
We deliver to Austria and Germany, and to other EU countries for parcels up to 31 kg.

• Parcels ≤ 31 kg: Shipped to EU countries via DPD.

• Parcels > 31 kg: Shipped only to Austria and Germany via Gebrüder Weiss.

Delivery time: Usually 3–7 business days from the order date, or from receipt of payment for advance payment orders.
